FAQs

You must purchase entries or memberships online before attending class. Online booking is simple through the Zenamu App on our website.

Enter through the door at Palokunnankatu 9 and take the stairs or elevator to third floor. There is a waiting area outside the studio. You can store your personal items in the lockers.
The best time to arrive is 5 - 10 minutes before class begins.
We provide all the necessary equipment you will need to practice. This includes yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters. You are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
You should wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Depending on the type of class, you might sweat. It is required to remove your shoes before entering the practice space. You might want a sweater or socks to put on at the end of class during our final relaxation poses.
Mobile phones should be switched off and left in your bag.
We do not have showers. You can use the WC as a changing room.

We offer numerous courses and events which are paid for separately and are not included in your entry pass.
Note that courses and events have a cancellation policy specific to the event.

We accept employee benefits: Epassi, Edenred, and Smartum.
Make the payment in your employee benefit application and send a picture of the receipt to info@studionada.fi. Include your first name, last name, and the service you wish to purchase. We will then add the credits to your Zenamu account, and you can book a class.

The minimum age to attend adult classes is 16.
We occasionally have special courses and events for children under the age of 16. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or join our newsletter for updates.

All our classes work on a drop-in basis. You are welcome to join any class without previous instruction, although it is important to read the class description carefully.
If you need help selecting a class, please contact us and we can match you with the best teacher to support your wellness goals.
We also offer special courses for beginners in yoga and pilates. Please visit the Events page to learn more about these beginners courses.

Classes must be cancelled through the Zenamu app at least 8 hours before the start of the class. Customers who cancel more than 8 hours in advance will not be charged for the class.
IF YOU DON’T CANCEL 8 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE THE START OF THE CLASS YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT.
We do not accept cancellations through email or social media.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your class.
Studio nada sometimes cancels classes. When this happens, you will receive an email notification 8 hours before the class start time. This may occur if the teacher is unavailable due to illness and we are unable to find a substitute. When enrollment is very low (two or fewer students), the studio may cancel the class. You will not be charged for this class.

If a class is fully booked you can go onto the waiting list. If a spot opens up, you will be put into the class and notified by email.
IMPORTANT! If you are offered a place, the 8 hour cancellation policy still applies. If you are on the waitlist for a 7:00 class, and you get bumped to the class at 5:00 but do not come, you will be charged the full class amount. If you feel that you don’t want to risk missing the class, remove yourself from the waitlist.

The class entry passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable.
Entries don’t disappear when a pass expires. They stay on your account but are deactivated, so they can’t be used. If you purchase a new entry pass later, any previously unused entries are automatically reactivated and extended.
For example:
You have 3 entries remaining when your series card expires. The entries are deactivated and you cannot use them.
You purchase a drop-in class (valid for 3 months). Your 3 expired entries will be reactivated for 3 months.
