The studio

Location

I know it’s important to be easy.

Studio Nada is centrally located in a historic building with modern amenities and lots of charm. We always have a sign outside so you find the entrance. Just ring the “Studio Nada” buzzer and come up to the third floor. Someone will be there to greet you and give you a tour of the space so you can settle in and feel right at home.

NO JUDGEMENT

This is a place where you can come as you are. You belong here, even if you’ve never done yoga or pilates.

I mean this from the bottom of my heart. The hardest part of starting something new is the fear of fitting in, thinking you are not strong enough, or thinking you won’t be able to follow along. I hear you, and I welcome you to Studio Nada.

TEACHERS WHO GIVE A DAMN

You are the reason they’re here.

Our teachers are here to guide and support your learning and skill development in yoga, pilates, and FasciaMethod.

the vibe

The atmosphere matters, so we made the studio warm, beautiful, and cozy.

Help yourself to a cup of tea before or after class. Borrow our great equipment – mats, props, blankets. Everything you need for your practice is available to you.

variety in practicing

We offer a wide variety of classes, from yin yoga to power pilates.

We have a path for you who wants one hour per week of complete relaxation. And we also have a path for you who are looking to build skills in advanced yoga asana and pilates. At Studio Nada, you can develop skills that strengthen the body and balance the nervous system in a schedule that works for.

schedule

We build the schedule based on real life.

We work. We have kids. We have elderly parents to take care of. We have the garden. The endless apples to pick. Shoveling snow. Should I continue?

That’s why you can come to class anytime and adjust your Nada schedule so it fits life’s demands.

patience and time

The more you practice, the more discoveries you have.

Discoveries are exciting, fun, and motivate us to keep practicing. An example is touching your toes for the first time, becoming aware of negative thought patterns, or lifting the legs into headstand for the first time. We reward those who commit to practice with discounted class prices. The more you practice, the cheaper it becomes.

We prioritize small discoveries over speedy progress.

consistency is the best thing for your practice.

Thank you for being here,

Brooke
