Disclaimer

  • The person in question takes part in Studio Nada’s class, workshop, course or event with their responsibility and takes care of their accident insurance. The partitioner signs up for and takes part in the class, workshop, course or event with their own will and with awareness of the overall risks. The organizer is not in charge of any possible harm to the partitioner or their belongings. 

  • The class, workshop, course or event is designed for healthy persons able to exercise.

  • The class, workshop, course or event is not designed to treat any physical or psychological condition, but to support overall well-being.

Terms of cancellation (weekly classes)

  • Classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the start of the class. Customers who cancel more than 8 hours in advance will be given credit back onto their Zenamu account for the amount paid. 

  • We are a small studio and business. If you can’t make a class please cancel it well in advance – someone else will likely want to come.

  • Terms of cancellation also apply to class waiting lists.

  • Cancellations must be made through the online booking system, and will not be accepted via email or social media.

  • Studio Nada sometimes cancels classes. When this happens, you will receive an email notification at least 8 hours before the class start time. Cancellations by the studio may occur if the teacher is unavailable due to illness and we are unable to find a substitute. In addition, when enrollment is very low (two or fewer students), the studio may cancel the class. You will not be charged for a cancelled class.

Terms of cancellation (courses and events)

  • Signing up for an event, workshop or course is always binding and cannot be canceled. By signing up, the partitioner agrees to pay for the event.

  • In the case of an illness or other inability to participate, you can gift your spot to someone else.

  • In the case of a force majeure or insufficient amount of attendees, the event organizer has the right to cancel the event. In this case, the attendees will be noticed as soon as possible and any money paid for the event will be refunded. The event organizer is not responsible for possible charges or inconveniences due to the cancellation.
