Can I attend a class as a beginner?
Yes. You do not need any prior Pilates experience to participate. For beginners, we especially recommend Gentle Pilates or a standard Pilates class. The instructor guides you through the movements step-by-step and offers variations so you can practice at your own level. Please arrive for your first class about 10–15 minutes before it starts. The studio provides all the necessary equipment. All you need to bring is comfortable, stretchy clothing and a water bottle if you wish. If you are unsure where to start, please contact us.
