Spring Equinox Yoga Immersion:
Planting seeds for a deeper practice
Villa Saga, Kirkkonummi, Finland
20-23 March 2026

A Weekend of Alignment, Meditation & Yogic Inquiry
Planting seeds for a deeper practice–an immersion into the elements of yoga including asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, and nourishing stories from yoga philosophy. Learn more about the practice you love. Experience something different and explore why you keep coming back to the mat.
Join us during the first moments of Spring at Villa Saga for an intimate immersion, an opportunity to experience, plant seeds, and celebrate the fruits of the practice–transformation, increased self-awareness, and a deeper connection to one's true self.
This retreat is ideal for anyone ready to go beyond the 60-minute yoga class and have the time and space to immerse yourself in the richness of the deeper dimensions of yoga. Expect challenge, insight, and renewal.

Your Hosts
Laura, an Italian artist and yoga teacher, is passionate about using movement to understand the mind.
Brooke, an American yoga teacher based in Hämeenlinna, focuses on guiding students to connect with their own energy to deepen self-awareness.
Together, their classes are playful yet grounded in anatomy and physiology. With clear, accessible instructions, they create a space where both beginners and experienced practitioners can feel safe, engaged, and challenged.
Laura and Brooke met in Helsinki not long ago and have been inseparable ever since. They share a love for all things yoga—nerding out over alignment, philosophy, and sequencing—with plenty of laughter and curiosity along the way.
