Studio Nada is a great choice for corporate recreation days or parties. The experience will be tailored to your needs, but usually focuses on relaxation techniques and gentle stretching. The class can be held at our centrally located studio or we can come to your location.

Rent our space for your own event
Studio Nada’s atmospheric studio space in the heart of Hämeenlinna is centrally located, right on the edge of Hämeenlinna city center. The excellent location makes the space easily accessible by public transport, on foot, or by bike.
The studio equipment is always free for everyone to use and includes, among other things: yoga mats, yoga blocks, bolsters, yoga belts, blankets, and a bluetooth speaker to create the atmosphere.
Studio Nada offers a high-quality and comfortable setting for both individual events and regular activities. You are welcome to create meaningful moments with us in the middle of the city!
