  • Flow is your space to move, build heat, and connect breath with movement. These classes range from slow and intentional to more dynamic and energizing, helping you develop strength, mobility, and focus while finding your natural rhythm.

    Look for classes in orange.

  • Sculpt is where strength meets precision. These classes are designed to challenge and build your body through focused, low-impact movement—Pilates, barre, and resistance training classes to create strength, stability, and definition that lasts.

    Look for classes in blue.

  • Restore is your space to slow down, release tension, and reset. These classes focus on gentle movement, stillness, and breath to support recovery, calm the nervous system, and help you feel deeply rested and restored.

    Look for classes in green.

Weekly Classes

Our classes are open to everyone, no previous experience required. It is good to read the class descriptions to ensure the class fits your wellness goals.

Courses

Our courses are ideal for building a strong foundation and developing a well-rounded practice. Courses can span several days or weeks and allow more time to cover the topic in depth.

Events

Our events provide a more focused and often specialized experience. The events usually last 1 - 3 hours and focus on specific aspects like sound healing, pranayama, specific asanas, or other therapeutic applications.
