The class entry passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable. You must use your entries before they expire, or you will lose them.
If you are unable to use your entries and you would like to extend the expiration date, please contact info@studionada.fi for an extension.

Late Cancellation Policy
To keep classes accessible and fair to everyone, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the class starts.
Thank you for cancelling in advance when you’re unable to attend — it gives another member the opportunity to take your spot.
Entries:
If you don’t cancel your reservation 8 hours or more before the start of the class, you will be charged the full amount. You will lose your entry.
Monthly Memberships:
If you don’t cancel your reservation 8 hours or more before the start of the class or do not attend, 1 day will be deducted from your current monthly membership period.

The best way to pay is through the online store, a secure and convenient method for buying your class entry, course, and events.
In the Studio
Visit us in the studio to buy your classes, we accept card and cash.
Employee Benefits
We also accept E-passi, Edenred and Smartum coupons. Make the payment in the employee benefit application and send a picture of the receipt to info@studionada.fi, along with a description of the service you want to buy. We will then add your class credits to your Zenamu account.
